How can I tell if an item is available?

If it turns out that the item you're looking for is no longer available, it won’t be possible to select it from the list of size/color options. If you'd like help finding an alternative, give us a call (888.549.6736) or reach out via Live Chat. We love to help!

Where do I find more information about an item?

Sometimes, you just need a little more info before making a decision. That’s why detailed product information, care instructions, and size charts can be found on the tabs located on each item page. Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

Absolutely! Simply select "Ship to more than one address" on the Ship Method page of the checkout process. As a registered user, you can select addresses from your address book or add new addresses.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the contiguous United States?

We’re so sorry that we’re not able to ship outside of the contiguous United States just yet. It is part of our mission to make women everywhere feel beautiful, and we hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future.

How do I track the status of an order?

Excited about that order? We are too! You can check its status at any time by logging into the Account Center and clicking on "My Orders" in the menu. If you do not have your order number, please contact us for assistance, 8am to 8pm ET, Monday through Saturday. 

How do I redeem a Gift Card or coupon online?

Who doesn't love a gift card? To redeem a gift card or coupon, type the number in the space provided on the Payment page during the checkout process. 

How do I cancel an order?

Your order isn't final until you click on the "Submit Order" button at the end of the checkout process. Already clicked it? Give us a call as soon as possible at 888.549.6736 and we'll do our very best to help. 

How do I exchange or return an item?

If something in your order didn't quite work out, we're ready to help you return or exchange it. Here's what you need to know: 

  • There should be a return label in your package. If you're making an exchange, there is no shipping charge when using the label. 
  • Return shipping is FREE when your carrier receives the return within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • We also accept returns 31 to 90 days after the purchase date. We ask $6.95 for return shipping, but give you a full refund on the purchase price.
  • We don't accept returns after 90 days. 
  • We'd appreciate it if products being returned are unworn and retain any tags they arrived with.

What are the benefits of registering?

As a registered customer, you'll have your own Account Center at ryllace.com where you can store your personal billing information, save multiple shipping addresses, access your wish lists, and save your credit card information. 

Can I change my registration information, including my email address?

Sure thing! You can update and change your profile at any time. Simply sign in and then go to the My Account Details section of the website to make the appropriate changes. 

How safe and secure is your website?

Ryllace takes information security very seriously. We protect your order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL digitally encrypts your order, making it undecipherable to anyone except Ryllace. To take advantage of secure shopping, you must have an SSL-compatible browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer. Some browsers and firewalls do not allow access to secure servers and will therefore limit your shopping experience.

What is a CIN code?

We require a Card Identification Number (CIN) on all credit card orders. The CIN is an important security feature that appears on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards and on the front of American Express credit cards. This code is a three- or four-digit number that provides a cryptographic check of the information printed on the card. The CIN helps validate that the customer placing the order is actually in possession of the card and that the account is legitimate. 

How do I report technical problems?

We want your experience to be seamless, but if you do experience a technical problem when using our site, you can use our Live Chat feature to report the problem between 8am to 8pm EST, Monday through Saturday, or you can email us at customerservice@ryllace.com. Please provide a description of the problem, the browser (including the version) that you were using, and the date and time you encountered the problem.
